I was amazed when I first saw it but then became a little disappointed when I read it didn't "transform". However, I think this is only for decoration or to keep it as a collector's item. It's tall, durable; when you press a button he speaks and says: "It's time to stop some Decepticons", "I am Optimus Prime!", "Autobots, transform and roll out!", "Fire!" and one more line I still haven't figured out yet, since my mother tongue is not English. Interestingly, when he says these lines, you can see his eyes turning blue.Also, if you press a button he fires his right fist, and then you can put it back again. He has a gun or something like that on his left arm, which you can press and there's a light and sounf effect, which I find very cool. All in all, I love this toy. Good for kids and grown-ups. You might be saying 'what' it doesn't transform? And you like it? Yes. The ones that actually transform were not fun to play with. As soon as you tried to 'attack' they would accidentally be 'transformed' in your hand and made it impossible to play with WITHOUT holding 'parts' together.
